Over a fourteen year career in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Marks has transacted or advised on aggregate sales approaching $3 Billion. George George Ghattas is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield with more than 17 years of experience. He joined the firm in 2018, reuniting with longtime friends Michael Marks and Evan Halkias. Over the course of his career, George has built a successful private client practice advising on the acquisition and disposition of single- and multi-tenant retail properties as well as development opportunities. He serves as a trusted advisor to corporate clients consulting them on disposition strategies and site selection. Additionally, he has significant experience with lenders and receivers selling distressed assets. George attended Central Michigan University where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree and was a four-year football letter winner.
