Michael Marks is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and a co-leader of the firm’s Chicago Retail Investment Sales practice. Over a fourteen year career in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Marks has transacted or advised on aggregate sales approaching $3 Billion. Michael’s unique understanding of the local market has allowed him to transact some of the most highly coveted retail assets in the Chicago market on distinguished corridors, including Michigan Avenue and State Street. With more than 13 years of experience, Evan Halkias is a Managing Director and co-leader of C&W’s Midwest Retail Capital Markets Team in Chicago. Evan’s core focus is on the transaction of grocery-anchored and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the Midwest.
